We guarentee you will love your flowers! Botanicals Design Studio creates each floral specifically for your order. Natural variations will occur as our designers make artistic choices that best suit your needs, the occasion and available fresh product. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location. 

Please note that all prices are presented in USD unless otherwise noted. 

Substitution Policy 

Fresh Flowers, Containers and other Decorative Elements:  Every Botanicals' arrangement is custom designed for you with the best products available. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. Alterations in containers and accents may also be necessary on occasion. If substitutions are necessary, we will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. If you are looking for an exact replication of a pictured design, please place your order directly by contacting us at 314-772-7674.
 

Plants For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. (We will contact you in such cases). Containers for plants will vary for best presentation. 

Delivery Policy

Phone #'s and why we call:
Botanicals requires correct phone numbers for sender and recipient of flowers. We will call your reciepeint before we deliver, to make sure they are expecting a visitor with a beautiful fresh product. This will help avoid delays and ensure your gift arrives in excellent condition! This also gives us the oppurtunity to arrange an alternative delivery, if the recipient is not available. 

Requests to Leave Floral at Door:  St. Louis weather is volatile. We discourage requesting a delivery be left at the doorstep or any outside location unless the weather is appropriate. We cannot guarantee the quality of a floral left outside for an extended period.

Delivery Time: Botanicals Design Studio uses highly qualified delivery services for all of its deliveries. Every effort is made to insure your gift arrives at the soonest possible time, given daily volume, weather conditions, holidays, etc.

Specific Delivery Times: If you need your delivery to be completed by a specific time, please call us directly to discuss delivery options. 314-772-7674 

Business Deliveries: Gifts going to a business address should be placed by 10:00 AM, CST. Delivery will be completed by 5:00 PM CST

Residential Deliveries: Gifts going to residential address should be placed before 10:00 AM CST. Delivery will be completed by 6:00 PM CST

Holidays:
Certain holidays and high volume days may extend these times.
